Day two we have 380 miles to go, according to google about 7.5 hours of riding.
Being a Saturday morning, I'd like to suggest that we get an early start for three reasons:
1. Get breakfast before the other hotel residents beat us to it.
2. Get around Kansas City before traffic piles up
3. Half the day has lots of twisties (yay!)
First part of the day will be to get past Kansas City and into the Missouri Ozarks. We'll pick up Highway 125 which is a twisty turny peice of road. Yay!
When we get to Bull Shoals Lake we'll take the free Peel's Ferry to the Arkansas Ozarks. From there we'll take the quickest route to the Wyndham resort at Fairfield Bay (in this area, even the "quickest route" will have lots of turns!) This will also be a longish day of riding (380 miles) but the days are long in June and we'll be at our destination to chill.
